How long do you think Windows Mobile Phone will survive?
Does it have any chance against Andorid and iOS?May 17, 2013 at 6:08 pm #580
Depends on how many devs they get on board and how long crapple lets their stuff get stagnant.
IOS really can't multitask very well from what I hear, but there's a ios7 update coming on the horizon that might change things. If not, WP8 might have a chance.
I'm still waiting for another WebOS phone, still miss my pre.May 18, 2013 at 12:40 pm #581
I cannot trust Microsoft because of the short lifetime of their applications, they never had a stable product that lives a long time. Just google list of the discontinued Microsoft product, even recently I got same problem with Google too (RIP Google Reader or Google Health).May 23, 2013 at 10:14 pm #582
You have a good point, I remember it was version 7 or 7.5 that couldn't be upgraded to 8, and those phones were fairly new. That's a shame.
I do see that Windows phones are growing in popularity though.May 24, 2013 at 9:52 am #583
Third is good for them, because they currently have only 2 competitor, iOS and Android! (Somehow it means they are first from bottom of the list 😀 )
